Grant making philosophy

The Secure Future Project works with community leaders to identify programs and organizations that are exemplary candidates to lead opportunities which further the Secure Future Project’s healthcare transformation charitable purpose. In seeking out grant opportunities, TSFP takes the following factors into account:

  • A demonstrable relevance to bringing increased patient value and cost efficiency to healthcare provision.

  • A commitment to pre-crisis preventative healthcare intervention

  • Grant recipient maintains turn-key program with infrastructure, relationships, expertise, and planning that allow for a safe, speedy, and effective program roll-out.

  • Program is centered around pragmatic, data-based program goals which seek to align focus on pure social policy results which substantively improve people’s lives.

  • Built-in research partnership which incorporates scientific rigor, independent evaluation and a commitment to metrics-based accountability.

  • Grant program has not only the potential for sustainable scaling and funding, but a clear milestone-based plan to pursue said opportunities, with the assistance and support of TSFP team.
