Jessica is the Chief Population Health Officer at Sun River Health, previously Brightpoint Health, where she has worked for over 10 years to advance a populationhealth strategy that moves the organization towards value based care. Sun River Health is a network of 46 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) providing primary, dental, pediatric, OB-GYN, and behavioral health care to over 245,000 medicaid patients annually. With a dedicated staff of 2,000 doctors, nurses, and health care professionals. Additionally, Sun River Health owns and operates the largest Health Home Care Management Lead organization in NYS with over 30K high risk Medicaid lives under management. Jessica provides strategic leadership to Sun River Health’s population health, quality management and care management departments which allows the organization to be successful in a value-based care reimbursement model. She is a board certified healthcare executive with comprehensive experience in business operations, health information technology and data analytics, quality management, administration, care management and value-based program models. Jessica also is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She holds an MPA in Health Policy and Analysis from NYU and graduated from Providence College with a degree in Public and Community Service.
