Harry is a software engineer and attorney, experienced in corporate matters, emerging companies and M&A. He is also the CEO and founder of Magistrate, a technology platform providing high-quality legal templates for small businesses. Harry's legal experience includes tenure at, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Compass (in-house counsel). Harry holds degrees from Columbia Law School, 2014 (James Kent Scholar), Johns Hopkins University, Master of Science in Engineering, and University of California, San Diego, B.S., Bioengineering (cum laude).
